In the morning, he will be visiting with sophomores, juniors, and seniors about Financial Literacy. 6th and 7th grade (with the help of Mr. Charly) did Pumpkin Pie in a Mug today. They mixed solids and liquids to make a chemical reach when heated. With a successful experiment they finish by eating the Pumpkin Pie in their mugs.

Kevin Carter competed in the Mid-Kansas Transition Council's Job Olympics on Friday Nov. 17th. He competed in 5 job skills. He placed 3rd in job applications, and he got first in busing and setting tables. Because he did so well in all his events he brought home the 1st place plaque as a school. He was coached by Mrs. Friedli. White City High School is proud of how well Kevin represented the school at this competition. Congratulations Kevin and Mrs. Friedli!
