White City High School has a new King and Queen!
On October 2nd, 2026, White City held its annual Homecoming ceremony before the kickoff of the football game.
Queen candidates were: Kaitlin Parker, and Paige Reynolds.
King candidates were: Colter Johnson, Jhet Johnson, and Bryson Allen.
The little escorts were Parker Stucky, Cadence Brown, Lawson Lawrenz, and Banks Oleen. They all did an excellent job, with the honor of giving the King and Queen their prized crowns.
The class escorts of the Fall 2026 Homecoming for Freshmen were : Rilynn Engel & Evan Tate.
Sophomores were: Kaycee Brown & Jameson Lautt.
Juniors were : Elsa Barrett & Kevin Booth.
Before the football game, students enjoyed the parade and the pep rally, with fun and games to celebrate Heat spirit.
During the pep rally, students enjoyed games with both candidates and teachers. In the egg toss two new winners were Ms. Boltwood, and Ms. Stilwell, beating the defending champs. Our candidates had to do a game of “Who Knows Each Other Better.”
Our cheerers had some new dances to show our White City students. Ms. Laudemann led them with the songs, and the steps for the dances. First place went to freshmen Evan Tate and Rilynn Engel. Our float winner this year was the Sophomore class, with a Halloween theme, 8th graders did very well, placing in the top three. Unfortunately, Freshman came in last place.
Next time, you should come to our homecoming and see our awesome spirit!
