All eyes on Burlingame for the Rural Vista track meet!
The Burlingame meet was held on Monday, May, 4th, 2026. It was a great day for our teams.
Showing great effort and teamwork, The Boys got 1st place in the 4x800 thanks to: Landon Rice, Brayden Allen, Bryson Allen, and Parker Challens.
Elsewhere, in the 200m, Malakhi Kramer got 4th with a time of 25.31! Landon Rice got a time of 1:00.09 and got 6th place!
In the longer distance race, the 2 mile, Brayden Allen got a sub 13 minute time and received the bronze medal.
Rural Vista can throw! Rural Vista had Karson Snyder, with second place at the Discus Finals, with a distance of 108-5. Malakhi Kramer in the Javelin finals got a distance of 110-0 and got third place. Karson Snyder, again with the shot put, threw 36-9 and got fourth place.
The Girls showed up too. In the 100 meter dash, Reagan Fiest got a time of 14.63 and placed 5th. Right behind her was Kim Davis, who got a time of 14.93.
In the longer distance races, in the 800 meter dash, Lilli Stilwell got a time of 2:40.51. In the girls 4x400, the Girl’s team got first place with a time of 5:07.31.
Rural Vista may not have won this time, but they were still awesome competitors!
