On Tuesday March 5th Miss Kansas, Courtney Wages, traveled to Hope Schools to present about seatbelt safety. Miss Kansas was brought to the school by the SAFE program that teamed up with Hope FBLA Chapter. Miss Kansas spoke to the entire school population about seatbelt safety and how to properly wear a one. She also talked about her passion for helping people who are vision impaired. She did a interactive activity to show how to help someone who is vision impaired. Overall Miss Kansas provided the student body with interactive and informative presentation.
