In the duration of the week of January 15th Hope FBLA members competed in their District III competition. In this competition, they all competed in various business-related events that had worked on up to that point. Senior Brekyn Mein placed 1st in Sales Presentation based on her own business 'Branded B Leather'. Sophomore Mindy Linder placed 2nd in Introduction to Business Presentation giving a presentation about why businesses fail. A group of senior Riley Hunnicutt, sophomore Clara Noeth, and freshman Molly Hunnicutt got second place on their event Social Media Strategies where they created a plan about creating social media posts for a local animal shelter to increase adoptions. Finally senior Angie Linder placed third in her event Electronic Career Portfolio. These girls will head to State FBLA competition in April!
